The Idaho BPA State Leadership Conference is the premier event of the year for our members. Each March, more than 2,000 students, advisors, and industry partners from across Idaho gather to compete, lead, and learn together.
Over three days, members showcase their skills in competitive events, attend workshops, elect state officers, and celebrate the achievements of chapters statewide.The conference is more than just competitions—it’s where friendships are built, leaders are discovered, and Idaho’s next generation of business professionals take their next step forward.
This year, Idaho BPA members will come together under the national theme “Forge Your Future.” The theme represents the power of hard work, determination, and leadership to shape new opportunities.
At the State Leadership Conference, students will put their skills to the test, explore career paths, and take bold steps toward building the future they envision for themselves, their communities, and the world of business.
